Daniel Montour resigns from the KGC

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that Mr. Daniel Montour has submitted his resignation citing personal reasons, effective October 16, 2023, as a member of the Interim Kahnawą:ke Gaming Commission (KGC).

Mr. Montour was appointed to the Commission by the MCK in May of 2021.

Following Mr. Montour’s resignation there remain three (3) Commissioners, and as such the KGC still has a quorum and may continue to operate as per the Kahnawą:ke Gaming Law.

The MCK would like to extend its gratitude to Mr. Montour for his service to the KGC.
