30-day Feedback Period begins for the draft Regulation Respecting Requests for Eviction Orders

The Kahnawake Legislative Commission (KLC) wishes to advise the community that the draft Regulation Respecting Requests for Eviction Orders pursuant to the Kahnawake Residency Law is now available for the mandatory thirty (30) day Feedback Period. 

The draft Regulation will be available for a thirty (30) day feedback period beginning today and ending on Wednesday, 10, Tsothohrhkowa/January 2024.

As the feedback period is occurring over the holiday season, the deadline date has been adjusted to provide adequate time for the community to review and provide feedback.
