Dispensary Licence Pre-Eligibility Forms available January 8, 2024

The Kahnawake Cannabis Control Board (KCCB) is pleased to announce that Pre-Eligibility Forms for Dispensary Licences will be accepted from Monday, January 8, 2024, to Friday, February 9, 2024, at 4pm.

Schedule F can be found within the Dispensaries, and Dispensary Licences Regulation at http://cannabisboard.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Regulation-Concerning-Dispensaries-Includes-Schedules-FINAL.pdf. This will be the only form to submit for the pre-eligibility process. Hard copies will also be made available at Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (main building) and Client Based Services (Services Complex) reception desks.

Hard copies must be returned to the KCCB office located in the Kahnawake Services Complex in a sealed envelope marked to the attention of the Kahnawake Cannabis Control Board and Matthew Ferrante, or by mail to P.O. Box 720, Kahnawake, QC J0L 1B0. Digital copies must be returned by email to cannabis.board@mck.ca.

All applications must be submitted no later than February 9, 2024, at 4pm. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Once the pre-eligibility process is closed, the board will review all applications and notify the eligible applicants and community within thirty (30) days.
