R-132 east ramp closure

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated that repair work on the Kahnawake-bound Mercier Bridge will take place tonight (Friday) from 9pm until midnight.

Crews will be replacing the crash attenuator and guardrails at the R-132/R-138 split at the end of the span.

As a result, the R-132 east (towards La Prairie/A-30) down-ramp will be closed, as well as along the right lane on the R-138 west (towards Chateauguay) down-ramp.

A detour will be in place. See map below.

Please drive with caution, slow down when entering the mobile work zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
