Ionkwatahonhsate Victims Services announces Symposium for Victims of Crimes

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Ionkwatahonhsate Victims Services, in conjunction with First Nations Representatives Services, is pleased to announce the second Victims of Crime Information Symposium, which offers a safe space for all Kahnawakehronon to access information and resources.
′Ionkwatahonhsate,′ which means ′we are all listening,′ invites community members to the Mohawk Legion Branch 219 from 9am – 1pm on Tuesday, February 13th. The agenda is as follows:
- Ohenton Karihwatehkwen (Ahonwakerane Stacey)
- Compensation & Emergency Funding Presentation (IVAC and Justice Quebec)
- Tekanonhkwatsheraneken/Two Medicines Working Side By Side Traditional Medicine Services (Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre will provide information about traditional healing that is available to all community members.)
- Traditional lunch made by Berry-Licious Catering
