Mercier Bridge overnight closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) has been informed by The Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated that the R-132 West & R-132 East ramps will be closed tonight for work on the lighting system:

• R-132 West (from La Prairie/A-30 towards Montreal) closed from 8pm until 4am


• R-132 East (from Montreal towards La Prairie/A-30) closed from 10pm until 4am

A detour via R-138 will be in place for both ramp closures. See map below.

Additionally, the right lane on the Montreal-bound Mercier Bridge will be closed between the second superstructure to Lasalle from 10pm until 5am.

Please drive with caution, slow down when entering construction zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
