KEPO Introduction to Birding workshop

The Kahnawake Environment Protection Office (KEPO) would like to invite the community to participate in a free Introduction to Birding workshop on Sunday, May 5th on Tekakwitha Island.

Join KEPO and experts from the McGill Bird Observatory and The Birds & The Trees to learn the basics of bird identification including a demonstration of mist netting and banding. A guided nature walk will follow, weather permitting.

Binoculars and bird books will be available. This event is reserved for all ages of Kahnawa�kehr�:non.
