‘Green’ Presentations at Kateri Hall

The Kahnawà:ke Environment Protection Office is pleased to announce a two-part ‘Green’ presentation series being made available to all Kahnawa’kehró:non. The first of two presentations is being offered at 6:30 pm on March 18th, 2009 at the Kateri Hall.
The first presentation by Marie-Marguerite Sabongui focuses on the issues and solutions surrounding Climate Change. Ms. Sabongui is a First Class Honours graduate from McGill University and a Sauvé Scholar who was trained by Nobel Laureate and former U.S. Vice President, Al Gore.
The second ‘Going Green’ presentation is offered at 6:30 pm on April 22nd, 2009 at the Kateri Hall. This presentation focuses on the reptilian and amphibian species that exist in Kahnawà:ke.
