Williamsburg Area Asphalt Installation

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (MCK) wishes to inform the community of the upcoming project to install asphalt on Hawk Avenue in the Williamsburg Area of the Clay Mountains.

The final grading of the road is scheduled for Wednesday, July 17, and Thursday, July 18, 2024. Weather permitting, the asphalt will be installed on Friday, July 19, 2024.

Shown below is a map of the general area. The shaded area indicates where the work will take place.

Proper road signalization will be installed to warn of the construction limits. The road affected may be closed to all traffic.
