Lot 106 Drainage Ditch Installation

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (MCK) wishes to notify the community of an upcoming project to install a drainage ditch in the Lot 106 area. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 19th, and is expected to take approximately two (2) weeks to complete.

The project will involve tree removal and the excavation of the ditch using heavy equipment. Residents in the vicinity may experience some inconvenience due to loud noise during the workday.

The map below indicates the general area where the work will occur, with the red-shaded area highlighting the specific location of the project.
