Mercier Bridge re-Decking Prep Work

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the community that the Route 138 eastbound access to Route 132 under the Mercier Bridge has been narrowed to 3.3 metres wide.

Work on the right side of the road started at 1am this morning and will continue over the coming weeks. The work is part of building a detour road in preparation for the Mercier Bridge re-decking project being carried out by the Mohawk Bridge Consortium.

All motorists are urged to exercise caution in this vicinity and to respect the signage.
