MCK Representatives in Oneida, Wisconsin to Discuss Justice, Governance

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) announced that Chief Mike Bush (Justice portfolio), Linda Delormier (Program Coordinator, Interim Legislative Coordinating Committee), Mike O’Brien (Chief of Staff of the Office of the Council of Chiefs) and Ron Skye (Director of Justice) are in Oneida, Wisconsin to meet with officials to discuss how Justice and Governance have been developed in that territory.

The MCK will then discuss whether or not any of their successes can be adapted for Kahnawà:ke’s purposes.

The meetings will take place today through Saturday.

The three are expected to return to the office on Monday.
