MCK Director of Lands Passes Away

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke regrettably announces the passing of Director of Lands, Russel Curotte, while on a hunting trip in Manitoba with friends.“The entire MCK family would like to offer sincerest condolences to his wife Kathy and their two sons,” said Executive Director Alana Goodleaf-Rice. “She has our utmost support and prayers during this very difficult time. As well, our sympathies go out to the staff at the Lands Unit as Russel was a very important member of their family.”Arrangements have not yet been completed.
