Community Meeting Next Tuesday, Agenda Announced

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke has announced that the Fall Community Meeting will take place on Tuesday, 17 Kentenhkó:wa/November at the Golden Age Club.

Agenda items include:

• The McIvor Decision (and its possible effects on Kahnawà:ke’s Membership Law)
• Quebec’s Proposed Bill 59 (Anti-tobacco legislation)
• Land Allotments
• Open Discussion

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7pm.
