Mercier Bridge ramp closures and reductions, Wednesday to Friday

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke has been informed by the Ministry of Transport of Quebec that the Mohawk Bridge Consortium will be performing repair work on 138 down ramp of the Mercier Bridge (towards Chateauguay) from Wednesday, 13 Tsothohrk�:wa / January until Friday, 15 Tsothohrk�:wa / January.

The following is a schedule of closures and reductions:

Wednesday, 13th
7 am to 12 pm
Reduced to one lane

Wednesday, 13th
9 pm to 5 am (Thursday)
Complete Closure

Thursday, 14th
7 am to 12 pm
Reduced to one lane

Thursday, 14th
9 pm to 5 am (Friday)
Complete Closure

Friday, 15th
7 am to 12 pm
Reduced to one lane

Friday, 15th
9 pm to 5 am (Saturday)
Complete Closure

Throughout this period, road users who regularly access the Mercier Bridge are advised to use any of the other South Shore bridges to avoid detours and traffic congestion.

In the case of extreme weather conditions, planned work will be postponed to the following day.
