The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform the community that all its administrative offices will be closed for Orange Shirt Day on Monday, September 30th.
Regular household Recycling pickup service and Compost collection will continue as usual. Please have your bins curbside by 7am. The Transfer Depot will be closed.
As the Town Garage will be closed, all cardboard drop-offs will be postponed to Tuesday, October 1st.
All essential services will remain in operation. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, October 1st, at 8:30am.
MCK encourages the community to take part in Monday’s activities organized by the local Orange Shirt Day Committee 2024, happening at the Orville Standup Park green space beginning at 9am. Every Child Matters.
