This includes developing and implementing management systems, roles and responsibilities, policies, and procedures.

Minor Sports Support
Provides support for Kahnawà:ke Minor Hockey, Kahnawà:ke Mohawk Minor Lacrosse Association, Kahnawà:ke Minor Baseball, Kahnawà:ke Minor Soccer, and the Kahnawà:ke Figure Skating Club.
Recreation Transfers
Facilitates transfers of funding for minor sports.
Facility Rental/Maintenance
Facilitates the rental and maintenance of Kahnawà:ke fields, parks, and ice surfaces.
