The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to congratulate and thank Jennifer McComber for her hard work and dedication as she embarks on her retirement.
′Jenny,′ as she is better known by her colleagues, began her career at the MCK on a contract for the Kahnawà:ke Economic Development Authority in October 1997. Jenny was a Receptionist/Typist before signing her first full-time agreement in 2003.

During her tenure as an Administrative Assistant for the Office of the Kahnawà:ke Kanien′kehá:ka Registry, Jenny was instrumental in implementing the Kahnawà:ke Membership Law.
“Jenny assisted by supporting the Council of Elders, the Registrar position, Client Based Services, and the community as a front-line worker,” said Alexis Shackleton, Director of Client Based Services. “She has been a dedicated coworker and friend, and we know she will bring that same energy to everything she does in her retirement.”
The MCK thanks Jennifer for her years of service and dedication and wishes her all the best in her retirement.
