The Office of the Electoral Officer is pleased to announce several important dates for the 2024 Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke Elections.
- Nomination Day – Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the Kahnawà:ke Services Complex from 10am to 12 noon
- Meet the Candidates Night – Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Knights of Columbus Hall from 6pm to 11pm
- Two (2) Special Advance Polls:
- Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the Golden Age Club from 5pm to 7pm
- Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Golden Age Club from 10am to 12noon
- Election Day – Saturday, July 6, 2024, (site to be determined at a later date) from 9am to 6pm
The Electoral Officer also wishes to remind the community of the importance of having the required documents and signers for the nomination process ready on Nomination Day.
