The Kahnawà:ke Social Assistance Program of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke is pleased to share the newest Inflation Fund Benefit usage plan passed during the duly-convened Council meeting on Monday, June 24, 2024:
April 2024 – September 2024:Inflation Fund Benefit for food/household supplies.
July 2024: Summer Essential Benefit
The amount of the benefit will vary, depending on the number of clients per file. Clients can expect to receive the Inflation Fund Benefit mid-month, as usual. The Summer Essential Benefit is scheduled to be dispersed on Friday, July 5, 2024. This is a one-time-only benefit. Please contact Client-Based Services at 450-638-0500 for further information.
