This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and EXP (Request # 25-002) to inspect access and security devices of the Mercier Bridge (sections 1 to 4) beginning on April 7, 2025 to May 2, 2025 between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
