This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and EXP (Request # 25-003) to inspect overhead lighting/poles on the Mercier Bridge (sections 1 to 4) beginning on April 7, 2025 to May 2, 2025 between the hours of 9pm and 5am.
