This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and Les Services EXP (Request # 25-004) to inspect structural elements of the Mercier Bridge, conduct ground inspections, soil characterization and 3D scanning of pier W15 (see map below) beginning on April 7, 2025, to May 2, 2025 from 7am to 7pm.
