Community Engagement Session for Kahnawà:ke Residency Law

Community Information Kiosks will be available in the lobby of the Service Complex from 10am to 2pm on Friday, May 2nd. Community members can seek information and ask questions in an informal, respectful, one-on-one setting, while also signing up for the Focus Groups to review the amendment areas of the Kahnawà:ke Residency Law. The kiosks will have sign-up sheets for the focus groups, and community members can also RSVP to Samantha Montour either by phone at 450-632-0500 or by email at samantha.montour@mck.ca prior to the meetings.

Waste Management services are as follows:

  • There will be NO Recycling and Compost collection
  • No cardboard drop offs
  • The Transfer Depot will be closed – regular Transfer Depot hours resume on Saturday, July 4th
  • Household Garbage collection will continue as usual

 

All essential services will remain in operation.

Regular business hours will resume at 8:30am on Monday, July 6th.
