Kirby Road area closures

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community of the upcoming road closures happening on Monday, May 5th, in the area of Kirby Road. The Capital Construction Unit will be installing new drainage lines as part of the OCR Rehabilitation Project.

Proper road signalization will be installed to warn of the construction limits. The roads affected will be closed to all traffic.

The work is expected to take one (1) day.

Shown below is a map of the general area where the road will be closed to traffic.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression.

The community’s patience throughout this project is greatly appreciated. For further information, please contact the Technical Services Office at 450-635-1016.
