Ietsénhaienhs Tonya Perron reports on attending the UN Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in Geneva. The visit included training on making interventions at the UN, networking with key officials, and raising concerns about Canada’s Bill C‑5 and its impact on free, prior, and informed consent for Indigenous peoples.
