This letter authorizes the company Horizon to be in the territory of Kahnawà:ke with technician Michel Rolhion & François Danis C.L.S., from October 16th, 2025, to November 30th, 2025.

They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the areas of:

  • Lots 41-7, and 41-8 Block H – Mohawk Trail Road
  • Lots 69-1, 75, and 76 Block B – O.C.R.
  • Lot 54-3-1 Block B – KSCS Hill Top / O.C.R.

  • No Cardboard drop-offs
  • Transfer Depot will be closed
  • Recycling, compost, and cardboard pickup service will continue as usual

Labor Day office closure

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke wishes to inform the community that all its administrative offices will be closed for Rotiio’ténion Raonenhnísera, Labor Day on Monday, September 7th.

Service Schedule for Labor Day:

  • Recycling & Compost Collection: Will continue as usual – Please place bins curbside by 7am
  • Transfer Depot: CLOSED for the day
  • Town Garage: CLOSED – All cardboard drop-offs postponed to Tuesday, September 8th

 

All essential services will remain in operation. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8th, at 8:30am.
