This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and Stantec to conduct a ground survey at the green space between R-132 and the Old Malone Highway, from Tuesday, October 21, 2025, to Monday, October 27, 2025, between the hours of 7am and 6pm.
