This letter authorizes the company Horizon to be in the territory of Kahnawà:ke with technician Michel Rolhion & François Danis C.L.S., from December 11th, 2025, to December 31st, 2025.

They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the areas of:

  • Lot 54-6 Block G – Indian Way Road

  • No Cardboard drop-offs
  • Transfer Depot will be closed
  • Recycling, compost, and cardboard pickup service will continue as usual

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 8:30am.
