This letter authorizes the company Groupe Civitas to be in the Territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians, Catherine Moreau, Kévin Autin, Dominique Côté, Rhéal Gagnon, and Martin Larocque C.L.S. from January 12th, 2026, to January 30th, 2026, for land surveying.
They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the area of:
- Lot 3-4 Block C – Route 207
