Ietsénhaienhs Tonya Perron provides updates on the Justice and Governance portfolios, a modular building for the new Community Justice Center, and a committee review of applications for Kahnawà:ke’s first judges. A call is out for a third community member to join the Justice Commission. On the governance side, internal policy updates are underway, and the Governance Advisory Team has completed revisions to the Terms of Reference for the Ratitsénhaienhs – a community presentation will be held on April 2 at the Golden Age Club, with additional info sessions on K1037.
