This letter authorizes the Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated and Consortium EXP-WSP to conduct inspections of the drainage system and bearing boxes located at axis 27 & 28 and Pier 14 on the North Wall.
The inspections will take place, from Monday, May 11, 2026, to Friday, May 15, 2026, between the hours of 7am and 4pm.
