This letter authorizes Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated to install the art banners on the Federal section of the Mercier Bridge on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 10pm to 4am. In case of poor weather, this work will proceed on Saturday, May 23 from 10pm to 4am.
This work will require the closure of the R-138 East up ramp and a right lane closure on section 1 of the span, along with a right lane closure (one direction at a time) on the Kahnawà:ke bound span between the two superstructures.
