This letter authorizes the company Groupe Civitas to be in the Territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians, Luc Boivin, Dominique Côté, Rhéal Gagnon, and Martin Larocque C.L.S. from July 27th, 2026, to August 7th, 2026, for topographic surveying.

They will be in the area(s) of:

  • Lot 38-1 Block C – Step by Step Child & Family Center

  • No Cardboard drop-offs
  • Transfer Depot will be closed
  • Recycling, compost, and cardboard pickup service will continue as usual

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 8:30am.

Waste Management services are as follows:

  • There will be NO Recycling and Compost collection
  • No cardboard drop offs
  • The Transfer Depot will be closed – regular Transfer Depot hours resume on Saturday, July 4th
  • Household Garbage collection will continue as usual

 

All essential services will remain in operation.

Regular business hours will resume at 8:30am on Monday, July 6th.
