This letter authorizes the company AG-360 to be in the territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians Marco Roy, Carolane Dupuis, Simon Martineau, Jérémie Sanschagrin, Dany Carrol, Anthony Dumont, Marc Delisle, Samuel Léonard or Dominique Fecteau C.L.S., from April 9^th, 2025, to April 25th, 2025.

They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the area of:

• Highway 132 – towards Sainte-Catherine Boundary.
