This letter authorizes the company AG-360 to be in the territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians Marco Roy, Carolane Dupuis, Dany Carrol, Anthony Dumont, Marc Delisle, Ariane Nicholas Gravel, Samuel Léonard or Dominique Fecteau C.L.S., from November 7^th, 2025, to December 19^th, 2025.

They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the area of:

• Lot 54-6 Block G – Indian Way Road
