This letter authorizes Patricia Deer and urban planning students from the Université de Montréal to be in the Territory of Kahnawà:ke, on 13, Kentenhkó:wa/November 2025. This visit is for a school project to study how to adapt urban planning to indigenous values and way of life. They will be in various locations throughout the community.
