Burnt Park closed for tree trimming

Public Service Announcement

The Asset Management Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that Burnt Park, next to Indian Way school, will be completely closed for tree trimming. The trimming is necessary for overgrowth and safety reasons in the park.

The work will take place on Tuesday, June 17th, and Wednesday, June 18th, and will require a complete closure of the park. The trimming will be carried out by a local company.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression.

Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
