The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) is seeking applications from qualified individuals interested in serving as the Caretaker for the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Board (KCCB).
The Caretaker will provide services in place of a functioning Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Board during a governance gap. The role has been established to preserve operational continuity and administrative oversight of the KCCB until a board is in place.
The appointment is expected to begin in October 2026 and continue through March 2028. The term of the Professional Services Agreement will conclude eighteen (18) months, or seventy-two (72) weeks, following the date of appointment.
