U.S. Taxation Meeting

Community members are invited to attend a taxation information session on Saturday, August 8 from 9am to 12 noon at the Golden Age Club about how Kahnawa’kehró:non may be affected by changes to U.S. federal taxation rules under the IRS Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, commonly known as FATCA.

FATCA may apply to individuals who were born in the United States or who have identified themselves as U.S. citizens for tax purposes when filing taxes in the United States.
