This letter authorizes the company Groupe Civitas to be in the Territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians,Kévin Autin, Luc Boivin, Dominique Côté, Rhéal Gagnon, and Martin Larocque C.L.S. fromMarch 2nd, 2026, to March 13th, 2026, for land surveying.
* This authorization allows an extension of the original requested dates till March 20th, 2026.
They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the area of:
