This letter authorizes the company Groupe Civitas to be in the Territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians, Kévin Autin, Luc Boivin, Dominique Côté, Rhéal Gagnon, and Martin Larocque C.L.S. from March 2nd, 2026, to March 13th, 2026, for land surveying.
They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the area of:
