This letter authorizes the company Groupe Civitas to be in the Territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians Kévin Autin, Luc Boivin, Dominique Côté, Rhéal Gagnon, Martin Héroux, and Martin Larocque, C.L.S., from March 30th, 2026, to April 10th, 2026, for land surveying.

They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the area of:
- Lot 106-198 Block G – New Development
