This letter authorizes the company Groupe Civitas to be in the Territory of Kahnawà:ke with technicians Kévin Autin, Luc Boivin, Dominique Côté, Rhéal Gagnon, Martin Héroux, and Martin Larocque, C.L.S., from March 30th, 2026, to April 30th, 2026, for land surveying.
They will be in the territory to conduct a survey in the area of:
- Lot 1-1 Block A – Johnson Beach
