HVAC Replacement at Kahnawà:ke Office Complex – Temporary Parking Adjustments

The Asset Management Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community that rooftop Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) replacement at the Kahnawà:ke Office Complex (KOC) will begin on Monday, October 28th. The work, carried out by Snowdon, is expected to be completed by Wednesday, October 30th.

During this period, the front entrance and parking lot of the KOC will be closed to the public. Temporary parking will be available at the rear of the building, with additional spaces marked in the overflow lot adjacent to the KOC. Security personnel will be onsite to manage vehicle placement and ensure safety by restricting access to work zones. Please see map below for details.

For safety, community members accessing the MCK Payment Window will need to use the entrance located at the rear of the building until the work is complete.

The MCK apologizes for any inconvenience this project may cause and appreciates the community’s patience during the upgrades.

Please note, the schedule may be adjusted due to weather conditions, operational challenges, or work progress.
