This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and EXP/WSP to conduct a drone survey of the piers and steel structure of the Mercier Bridge.
This survey will take place between Monday, August 17 and Friday, August 28, 2026, between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
