This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) Les Services EXP Inc. to conduct inspections of the steel elements of the Mercier Bridge (Sections 1,2,3 & 4) on Wednesday, May 21 to Tuesday, May 27, 2025, between 7am until 5pm.
