This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and AtkinsRealis to conduct a geotechnical survey of the embankments of the Mercier Bridge along the R-132 & R-138 Service Roads
This survey will take place from Thursday, October 8 & Friday, October 9, 2026, between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community that all its administrative offices will be closed for Orange Shirt Day on Wednesday, September 30th.
Regular household Recycling pickup service and Compost collection will continue as usual. Please have your bins curbside by 7am. The Transfer Depot will be closed.
As the Town Garage will be closed, all cardboard drop-offs will be postponed to Thursday, October 1st.
All essential services will remain in operation. Regular business hours will resume on Thursday, October 1st, at 8:30am.
