JCCBI and Les Services EXP Inc (April 6 – May 1, 2026)

This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and Les Services EXP Inc to conduct inspections of access points/catwalks and security devices of the Mercier Bridge from Monday, April 6, to Friday, May 1, 2026, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

  • No Cardboard drop-offs
  • Transfer Depot will be closed
  • Recycling, compost, and cardboard pickup service will continue as usual

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 8:30am.

Waste Management services are as follows:

  • There will be NO Recycling and Compost collection
  • No cardboard drop offs
  • The Transfer Depot will be closed – regular Transfer Depot hours resume on Saturday, July 4th
  • Household Garbage collection will continue as usual

 

All essential services will remain in operation.

Regular business hours will resume at 8:30am on Monday, July 6th.
