This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and Groupe ABS to conduct a geotechnical survey/soil characterization within the Territory from Monday, December 1, 2025, until Friday, December 19, 2025, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
Technicians will beusing equipment for borehole testing in areas around the Mercier Bridge, R-138, R-132, Blind Lady’s Hill (Old Bedard Quarry area) and the North Wall.
