The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) is pleased to announce that Keisha Goodleaf has been selected as the new Director of Revenue and Business Development.
Keisha brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of Kahnawà:ke’s economic landscape. A graduate of the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Management. Her academic foundation is complemented by a strong track record of leadership and innovation across multiple roles in both MCK and Tewatohnhi’saktha.
At MCK, Keisha served as a Business Analyst in the Finance Department, where she contributed to strategic planning and financial oversight. Her tenure at Tewatohnhi’saktha included key positions such as Achieving Concrete Essentials (ACE) Program Manager—overseeing the finances, human resources, and operations of Tóta Ma’s Café—Workforce Development Program Manager, Interim Senior Accounting Manager, and Interim Human Resources Administrator.
“Keisha’s appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening Kahnawà:ke’s economic future through experienced, community-rooted leadership,” said Executive Financial Officer Kyle Delisle. “Her diverse background and proven ability to lead complex initiatives make her an ideal fit for this role.”
As Director of Revenue and Business Development, Keisha will oversee initiatives that support sustainable growth, enhance revenue generation, and foster strategic partnerships that align with the community’s values and long-term vision. Keisha began her new role on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
